Privacy

guidoer keeps your goals, tasks, journals, and progress data private. Your data is never sold. Trial and subscription state is stored locally in this demo build. Deleting your account removes your data after the 30-day soft-delete restore window.

Data retention

While your account is active, guidoer keeps your goals, plans, tasks, check-ins, journal entries, weekly reviews, and progress history so your plan can keep adjusting to you. XP, badges, and archived goals are kept as part of your journey history. Requesting account deletion soft-deletes your account for a 30-day restore window; after that window closes, your personal data is removed from the service. Backups are retained for a reasonable period after deletion to support recovery and abuse prevention, and are not used for any other purpose.

AI data use

To generate your plan, summaries, and mentor replies, guidoer processes the data you provide: your goal description, answers during onboarding, task ratings, journal entries, energy check-ins, and your mentor chat messages. AI outputs (plans, journal summaries, weekly insights) are proposals — you review and confirm them before they change your plan, and you can edit or reject AI-written summaries. We do not train external models on your personal data, and we do not sell it.
